Revolver Seal

Revolver Seal™ is a precision-fit component designed to address gas behavior at the barrel-cylinder gap of a revolver. In traditional revolver platforms, a portion of propellant gases escapes laterally at this interface during firing. Revolver Seal modifies the geometry at the cylinder gap to reduce lateral gas discharge and redirect flow along the bore axis.

The system uses a clamshell-style design with high-temperature materials and precision-machined surfaces to maintain consistent alignment and fit under operating conditions. By altering the path of gas discharge at the cylinder gap, Revolver Seal changes how gases are distributed as they exit the firearm.

This approach focuses on flow-path modification at the cylinder gap and does not rely on staged expansion, gas storage, or other mechanisms associated with energy dissipation. The result is a consistent and controlled gas discharge behavior while preserving the core function and simplicity of the revolver platform.
