Revolver Seal System - Heritage Rough Rider

This package includes a Heritage Rough Rider revolver paired with the Revolver Seal™ component, configured to modify gas behavior at the barrel-cylinder gap.

In traditional revolver platforms, a portion of propellant gases escapes laterally at the cylinder gap during firing. The Revolver Seal is designed to address this characteristic by altering the geometry at that interface, reducing lateral gas discharge and redirecting flow along the bore axis.

The Revolver Seal uses a precision-fit clamshell design with high-temperature materials and machined surfaces to maintain consistent alignment and performance under operating conditions. Its function is limited to flow-path modification at the cylinder gap and does not rely on staged expansion, gas storage, or other energy-dissipating mechanisms.
