Welcome to Revolver Seal LLC (“Revolver Seal”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order.

1. Business information
Revolver Seal LLC — Registered in Utah. All sales and shipments are subject to U.S. federal and state laws.

2. Eligibility & legal compliance
You must be legally eligible to purchase firearm-related products under federal and state law. Suppressors and other NFA items are sold only to licensed FFL/SOT dealers and will only ship to a valid FFL/SOT address. You agree not to order products if you are a prohibited person under federal or state law.

3. Orders & acceptance
All orders are subject to verification and acceptance by Revolver Seal. We may require documentation (FFL license, SOT status, ID, etc.) and complete identity/FFL verification before accepting an order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including compliance concerns.

4. Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in USD. Payment is due at checkout. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. You authorize us to charge the payment method provided. Sales tax will be added where applicable. Payment processors may place holds or request additional verification; we will not release product until verification is complete.

5. Shipping & transfer

• Suppressors/NFA items ship only to an FFL/SOT and are subject to FFL transfer processes. You must provide a valid FFL/SOT name, address, and license number. We will contact the FFL to arrange shipment details.
• Non-NFA accessories (e.g., thread adapters) may ship directly to U.S. customers.
• Shipping costs, insurance costs (if selected), and any carrier fees are the buyer’s responsibility unless specifically stated otherwise. See our Shipping Policy for details.

6. Returns, refunds & cancellations

• All sales of suppressors (NFA/serialized items) are final.
• Thread adapters (non-NFA accessories) are refundable only if returned in accordance with our Refund Policy.
• We may, at our discretion, cancel or modify an order prior to shipment (e.g., noncompliance or verification failure). If we cancel after payment, we will issue a refund for the canceled items (exceptions apply to suppressors).

7. Limited warranty & defects
Revolver Seal provides a limited warranty against manufacturing defects as described in our product documentation. Warranty remedies do not include refunds for suppressors. See product warranty documentation for details.

8. Intellectual property
All content on the site (text, images, logos, designs) is owned or licensed by Revolver Seal. You may not reproduce or use our intellectual property without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability & indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revolver Seal’s liability for any claim arising from products, site usage, or these Terms is limited to the purchase price of the applicable product(s). You agree to indemnify and hold Revolver Seal harmless from claims arising out of your violation of law or these Terms.

10. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah (excluding conflict-of-law rules). Any legal action will be brought in the courts of Utah.

11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; the revised Terms will be posted on our site with an updated effective date.

Shipping Policy

Effective date: October 7, 2025

1. Overview
Revolver Seal ships to U.S. addresses only. Shipping rules differ by product type (NFA/serialized vs non-NFA accessories).

2. Suppressors & NFA items (FFL/SOT only)

• Ship-to: Suppressors and other NFA items will be shipped only to a valid FFL/SOT address. We will not ship these items to residential or non-FFL addresses.
• FFL verification: Orders require valid FFL/SOT documentation (license number and contact information). We may contact the FFL for transfer instructions. Shipment will occur only after verification and any required paperwork is complete.
• Processing time: Orders typically process in 3–7 business days after verification and payment clearing; complex verification may add time.
• Carrier & insurance: We select carriers that comply with federal and carrier policies for regulated items. Buyer pays shipping and may choose additional insurance at checkout. A signature is required upon delivery to the FFL.
• Title & transfer: Title transfer and final acceptance occur at the receiving FFL per their transfer procedures. Revolver Seal is not responsible for FFL transfer delays or FFL policies.

3. Non-NFA accessories (thread adapters, parts, apparel)

• Ship to U.S. residential or business addresses.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and paid by the buyer.
• Standard carrier transit times apply. We typically dispatch non-NFA items within 1–3 business days.

4. Shipping restrictions & prohibited destinations

• No international shipping.
• We will not ship regulated items to jurisdictions where such shipment would be illegal. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws.

5. Lost, damaged or delayed shipments
If you suspect loss or damage, contact inforevolverseal@revolverseal.com immediately. For lost or damaged shipments, claims are handled per the carrier’s process. If insurance was purchased, the buyer may file an insurance claim.

6. Changes to shipping address
If you need to change the shipping address, contact inforevolverseal@revolverseal.com immediately. Changes may not be possible after an item has shipped. For NFA items, shipping is locked to the verified FFL address.

Refund & Returns Policy

Effective date: October 7, 2025

1. Summary (key points)

• Suppressors and all NFA/serialized items: ALL SALES FINAL — no refunds.
• Thread adapters (non-NFA accessories): Refund available if returned under the conditions below. Buyer pays return shipping unless the item is defective.

2. Suppressors & NFA items
No returns, exchanges, or refunds. If you believe your suppressor has a manufacturing defect, contact inforevolverseal@revolverseal.com with order details and photos. We will evaluate and, if applicable under warranty, provide repair or replacement options at our discretion.

3. Thread adapters and non-NFA accessories — return rules

• Eligibility: Returned within 30 days of delivery, unused, in original packaging, and with all included materials. Returned items must be in resalable condition.
• Return shipping: Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and risk of loss during return unless the item is defective.
• Refund processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund for the item price (not including original shipping) to the payment method used at purchase. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receipt and inspection.
• Defective items: If an accessory is defective on arrival, contact inforevolverseal@revolverseal.com within 7 days. In such cases we will cover reasonable return shipping for verification and replacement or refund if confirmed defective.

4. How to start a return
Email inforevolverseal@revolverseal.com with: order number, item(s) to return, reason for return, and photos if defective. We will issue return instructions and an RMA if applicable.

5. Refund exceptions & restocking
We reserve the right to refuse a return or apply a restocking fee for items not in original condition. Custom or special-order items may not be returnable.

This Privacy Policy explains how Revolver Seal collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information.

1. Information we collect

• Personal information you provide: name, shipping/billing address, email, phone number, FFL/SOT license info and contact information, government ID copies (if required for verification), payment information (processed by third-party payment processors).
• Order & transaction data: order history, purchase details, shipping information.
• Technical & usage data: IP address, browser type, device info, pages visited, analytics data.
• Cookies & tracking: we use cookies and similar technologies to improve site functionality and analytics.

2. How we use your information

• To process and fulfill orders, including FFL verification and shipment.
• To contact you regarding orders, shipping, support, and legal/compliance communications.
• To improve and operate the website, for analytics, and to prevent fraud and abuse.
• To comply with legal obligations and respond to law enforcement or regulatory requests.

3. Sharing your information

• Service providers: payment processors, shipping carriers, hosting providers, analytics services — only as needed to fulfill orders and run the business.
• FFLs: we share order and transfer information with receiving FFL/SOTs as required for transfer and compliance.
• Legal & compliance: we disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
• Business transfers: in event of sale or reorganization, customer data may be transferred subject to standard protections.

4. Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your data, but no method is 100% secure.

5. Data retention
We retain personal data as long as necessary for business, legal, and compliance purposes.

6. Your rights

7. Children
Our site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. International transfers & U.S.-only policy
We operate in the U.S. and process data in the U.S. We do not ship internationally. By using our site, you consent to U.S. data processing.
